"The City was able to serve two purposes with this purchase- first to support the neighboring community and avoid the property being developed for higher density housing, and also to provide a future of community and youth based services at the property." Additionally, Al Melotto shared that it has been "a pleasure to work with the City and the Parish to provide a valuable continued use" of the property.
